I genuinely cannot express how fantastic this office is. I did so much research before choosing an office for my kids first visits, and the glowing 5-star reviews do not lie. To start, it’s beautiful and welcoming, and the waiting room immediately draws the kids to a colorful and tactful play area. They took us back quickly, and when my son was apprehensive at greeting, the team member gave him a tour and showed him the equipment. She explained every single thing in a kid friendly way that made everyone feel comfortable and I almost cried tears of joy as my kids were x-rayed with zero concerns because I had worried so much about how they would handle it. The staff were truly pros. From then, my two kids went on to have cleanings, and again, every single thing was explained and shown to my children, and they were quickly at ease. They even had my son’s favorite show waiting on the tv screen on the ceiling. He put on headphones and he did not move a muscle the whole appointment. After our cleanings, we met the doctor and she was warm, kind, and confident in explaining the X-rays to us. She also made the kids feel safe and at ease while she examined them. I am overall astonished at how well the appointment went – as I imagined my ‘difficult’ kids would be hard to manage in such a new environment. My four-year-old actually yelled “THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN” as we walked to the car. 1000 stars!
