Kelsi was born and raised in SWFL. She started in the dental field in 2014. Kelsi has always worked in pediatrics and loves working with children! When not working, she loves to spend time with her family and go out on the boat, and hang out at the beach.

Alana was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and now proudly calls Fort Myers home. Her interest in dentistry began after many positive interactions with a knowledgeable and compassionate pediatric dental team, like the one here at smiLee. Those experiences made a lasting impression and inspired her to pursue a career in the field. Alana is currently continuing her education to become a dental hygienist. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed about their oral health. Outside of her studies, Alana enjoys spending time at the beach and baking.

A Southwest Florida native, Caitlin has been a dedicated member of the dental community since 2010. With over a decade of experience and a genuine passion for oral health, she especially loves the reward of working with children. When she isn’t helping patients smile, Caitlin enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Daniela has always been interested in health, science and helping others. Becoming a pediatric dental assistant combined these passions and her love for children. She received her associate degree from Florida Southwestern State College and then attended Dental Assisting Training School to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. This cross training allows Daniela to improve efficiency and productivity for the practice. She loves helping patients conquer their fear of the dental office. Daniela is drawn to nature, enjoys watching the sunrise and sunset, going on nature walks and exploring different trails. She also loves amusement parks and roller coasters.

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Deonschae is a dedicated dental professional, a loving mother, and a devoted follower of Christ. She gives all glory to God for guiding her into the field of dentistry in 2019, the year she earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) license. Deonschae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist. Her own childhood experiences with dental fear have given her a deep empathy for children who feel anxious about visiting the dentist. She is passionate about creating a positive, comfortable environment for every young patient she meets. With a heart for service and a genuine love for working with kids, Deonschae brings both skill and compassion to every dental visit. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, relaxing, and catching up on her favorite YouTube creators.

Diana has been in the dental field since 2018, working in general and pediatric dentistry. Diana is originally from Colombia and has lived in the US for over 10 years. Diana loves working with children and is passionate about learning and sharing her knowledge. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son and loving family, reading, and traveling.

Isabel was born and raised in Columbia. Since high school, she has been passionate about pediatric dentistry. She started in the dental field in 2003. She enjoys giving children the best experience when they visit the dentist. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son, husband, and her 4-legged child doing outdoor activities.

Izzy strongly believes every child deserves a healthy, confident smile. Her passion for working in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics comes from her desire to help families feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment journey. She loves being part of a team that is dedicated to creating positive experiences and perfecting smiles every day. In her free time, Izzy enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and making the most of every moment outside the office.

Jessica was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but has lived in Florida for the majority of her life. She visits her family in Cuba often and has a deep passion for traveling and exploring new cultures. She loves reading, journaling, and spending quality time with her family. With three years of experience in the dental field, Jessica prides herself on creating a safe, welcoming space for patients. She recently became a licensed esthetician and loves everything about skincare, beauty, and helping people feel better about themselves.

Julissa was born and raised in Mexico and came to the US in 2012. Julissa has been working various customer service jobs, but wanted to find a good career she can grow into. She made the decision to be a dental assistant. That way she can do what she enjoys; making people smile, feel calmed, and welcomed. She is also a mom of 2 amazing kids and has a very supportive partner. A perfect day for Julissa would be a day full of smiles and sushi.

Lindsey began working in the dental field in 2014 after becoming a registered dental assistant. She was born and raised in Washington State and recently moved to Florida in 2022. Lindsey loves living in the Gateway Community with her husband, three children, and two yellow labs. Growing up, Lindsey’s parents valued good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups were scheduled. Lindsey believes this routine inspired her to pursue a career in the dental industry. She strives to make each visit an enjoyable experience for children of all ages. In her spare time, Lindsey loves drinking coffee, reading books, and thrift store shopping.

Meredith was born and raised in Southwest Florida and recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Florida. She currently works as a pediatric dental and orthodontic assistant and plans to pursue dental school in the future.

Mia was born and raised in Southwest Florida and has always been dedicated to working with children. From a young age, she developed a strong interest in teeth and the impact a confident smile can have on one’s life. That fascination grew into a long-term goal of pursuing a career in orthodontics. Mia enjoys opportunities that allow her to connect with others, combining her love for working with children with her passion for dentistry. In the future, she plans to become an orthodontist and make a lasting impact on her patients’ oral health and self-esteem.

Nayla has been a dental assistant since 2019 and has experience in both orthodontics and general dentistry. She is known for her positive attitude and warm, welcoming smile that helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. Outside of the office, Nayla enjoys spending quality time with her family and a healthy lifestyle.

Robin was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and relocated to Florida in 2013. Following a 37 year career in Information Technology, she retired in 2019 but quickly came out of retirement in 2021 to become the Director of Community Engagement at smiLee. Robin has established relationships with many of our local schools and community organizations which smiLee supports on a recurring basis. In her spare time, Robin enjoys reading and being “Mimi” to her three grandchildren.

Sierra is an outgoing individual who prides herself on her ability to foster a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. She is thrilled to be part of the smiLee team and its positive, professional environment. She loves reading, hiking, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her family.

Sonia strongly believes everyone deserves to have a beautiful smile! Her interest in the dental field began in her teens as she started to understand the importance of oral hygiene. Sonia loves to be surrounded with a team that loves to perfect smiles. During her free time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying a nice dinner and traveling.

Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Tommie transitioned into the dental field two years ago. In that time, she has developed a specialized passion for working with children, focusing on patient comfort and positive early-life dental experiences. Tommie spends most of her free time making memories with her family.

Veronica has been pursuing her career in dentistry since 2017. She has a great passion and enthusiasm for working with children and educating them on the importance of oral health. She excels at showing great patience. In Veronica’s free time she likes being with family and friends, and traveling.
